This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover damage resulting from accidents, abuse, or normal wear and tear.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, River Ranch Villa shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:
